If a Director has sent you a secure compliance link, this page explains what you'll see and how to check contestants off. You don't need a Pageant Pass account or a password — the link is all you need. Directors create these links from their Compliance Tracking tab.

Opening Your Link

The Director emails you a private link for a single competition. To open it:

  1. Find the email from the Director containing your compliance link.
  2. Click the link. It opens the Compliance Management page for that competition.
  3. Look for the Compliance Access badge near the top — it confirms you're viewing through a shared link.

If you see a message saying the link has expired or no longer works, the Director either set an expiration date or turned the link off. Ask them to send you a new one.

What You'll See

The page opens on the Delegates tab, which lists every contestant in competition order with their photo, name, and division (Miss or Teen).

At the top, summary cards show how the whole competition is doing: how many contestants have paid the Entry Fee, completed MA Registration, and finished the AHA Donation, plus how many are Fully Compliant (all three done). Each card shows a count and a percentage and is colored green, yellow, or red depending on progress.

Each contestant's row has a column for the three steps, plus a Status of Complete or Ineligible. If the competition collects payment online, you may also see a Square Payment column — that one is just for information and isn't something you check off.

Checking Off a Step

You update each contestant's progress right from the table. To mark a step:

  1. Find the contestant in the list.
  2. Click the button under Entry Fee, MA Reg, or AHA Donation. The button turns green to show the step is done (Paid or Done).
  3. To undo a step, click the same button again.

Your name is recorded as the person who verified each step. Resting your pointer over a completed button shows who checked it off and when — so the Director always knows who did what.

The Volunteers Tab

You'll also see a Volunteers tab next to Delegates. Volunteer management isn't available yet, so there's nothing to do there for now — stick to the Delegates tab.
